The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCG and its members, managers, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LCG and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where the parties have agreed in writing to resolve disputes through binding arbitration as further described in our offering documents.
