Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, request information, book a call, or correspond with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or fund affiliation, country, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to share regarding your investor status or interests.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, including through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

Information from third parties. We may receive information from scheduling, communication, or analytics providers we use to operate the Site, and, where permitted, from sources used to verify investor eligibility.

We do not seek to collect special categories of personal data through the Site, and we ask that you not submit sensitive information except where specifically requested.

We use personal information to: (a) respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; (b) evaluate and manage prospective and existing investor relationships, including eligibility and "know your customer" / anti-money-laundering checks where applicable; (c) operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; (d) comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations; and (e) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business and securing the Site; and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (such as website hosting, scheduling, email, fund administration, identity verification, and analytics providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations; (b) professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants; (c) regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights; and (d) a successor entity in connection with a merger, financing, or similar transaction.

The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
